Login Method
If you are not sure how to login to your Slate account, follow these instructions.
1. Open the Slate application on your computer.
2. Log in with your email address and password. If you forgot your password, click the link below to reset it.
3. If you are still having trouble logging in, please contact support at [email protected].
Password Expiration
Slate Application Portal has a password expiration feature which is turned off by default. To enable password expiration, follow these steps:
1. Open the Slate Application Portal in your web browser.
2. Click on the Settings gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Password Expiration.
4. Under Password Expiration, set the Enabled option to True.
5. Click on Save Changes at the bottom of the window.
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you just want to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Slate Application Portal.
2. Click the "My Account" link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Under "Account Details," click "Change Password."
4. Enter your current password and new password into the appropriate fields and click "Update."
Sign In with Facebook
To sign in with Facebook:
1. Open the Slate Application Portal.
2. Click on the account name in the top left corner of the screen.
3. On the Account Settings page, click on the Facebook icon.
4. Enter your Facebook login credentials and click on Log In.
If you are not already logged in to Facebook, you will be prompted to do so now.
Blog Section: Sign In with Google
To sign in with Google:
1. Open the Slate Application Portal.
2. Click on the account name in the top left corner of the screen.
3. On the Account Settings page, click on the Google icon.
4. Enter your Google login credentials and click on Log In. If you are not already logged in to Google, you will be prompted to do so now.
Sign In with Google
If you haven't already, create a new Slate account. Once you have an account, sign in using your Google account. If you're having difficulty signing in, please see their support article for more help.
Once you're logged in, click the "Sign In with Google" button on the top right corner of the homepage. Enter your Google account information and click "Sign In." You'll be taken to the Slate Application Portal home page. Click "Sign In" again to return to the Application Portal home page.
Sign In with LinkedIn
If you're not already signed in to your Slate account, you can sign in here. Once you're logged in, click the "Account" link on the top left of the screen. Under "My Profile," click the link that says "Login with LinkedIn." Enter your LinkedIn login credentials and click "Sign In." You'll be taken to the Slate application portal. From here, you can access all of your Slate content and settings.
Sign In with Twitter
If you're not already signed in to Slate, create an account by clicking here. Once you have an account, sign in by clicking here.
Once you're logged in, follow these steps to sign in with Twitter:
1. On the main Slate page, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will open a menu.
2. Under "Account Settings," click on "Sign In."
3. Enter your Twitter username and password into the fields provided, and click "Sign In."
4. Once you've logged in, a blue bar will appear at the top of the page next to your Twitter name. Click on this bar to open your Twitter feed in a new window. (If you don't have a Twitter account, you can create one by following these instructions.)
5. In the "Account Settings" tab of your Twitter account, make sure the "Slate Application Portal" checkbox is checked. This will allow you to automatically log in to Slate using your Twitter information whenever you visit their website.
