1. Click the “Forgot Password” link at the top of the login screen.
2. Enter your email address and click the “Reset Password” button.
3. Enter your new password and confirm it.
How to file a leave of absence
If you are an employee who wants to take a leave of absence, you can login to your Sla Management employee portal and file your leave request. To login to your employee portal, click the link below:

Once you are logged in, click the "Leave of Absence" link on the left-hand side of the screen. You will be prompted to fill out a leave request form. The following information is required for all leave requests:
-Your full name
-Your date of birth
-Your email address
-The type of leave you are requesting (Paid or Unpaid)
-The number of days you want to take off
-The reason for taking the leave
-The contact information for your doctor or therapist if you are requesting medical leaves

How to request a pay raise
If you are an employee of Sla Management, and you believe that you have merited a pay raise, there are a few steps that you need to take in order to request one.
The first step is to login to your Employee Portal. Once you are logged in, click on the “My Profile” tab located at the top of the page. This tab will list all of the benefits that you currently enjoy as an employee of Sla Management, including your pay rate and salary history.
Next, click on the “Request A Pay Raise” button located below your salary history. This will take you to a new page where you will be able to describe what necessitates a pay raise for you.
You will need to provide detailed information about why a pay raise is necessary for you, including your current salary, how much money you feel that you are worth, and how long you have been working at Sla Management.
After completing this form, Sla Management will review your request and either approve or decline it accordingly. If approved, your pay rate will be updated within days of submission.
