If you're looking to get into the world of Skylanders, whether it's for the first time or you're a returning fan, one of the first things you'll need to do is login to your account. Here's a guide on how to do just that!
How to login to Skylanders Mobile Portal
If you've never logged into the Skylanders Mobile Portal before, you first need to create an account. To do this, just click on the "Create Account" button on the main menu. Once you've created your account, you'll need to enter your username and password. After that, you'll be able to access all of the features of the Portal!
How to create an account
Creating an account is the first step in using Skylanders Mobile Portal. After logging in, you'll be able to access your account information, shop for and purchase Skylanders content, and more!
To create an account:
1. Log in to your Skylanders Mobile Portal account.
2. Click on the "New Account" link in the top navigation bar.
3. Fill out the required information and click on the "Create Account" button.
How to add a new character
If you have not already done so, you will need to create an account at Skylanders Mobile Portal. Once your account is created, follow these steps to add a new character:
1. Log into the portal at www.skylandersmobileportal.com
2. Click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the screen
3. On the My Account page, click on "Add a New Character" in the top right corner of the screen
4. On the Add a New Character page, enter your name and email address, then select your country from the list of available countries. Click on "Next"
5. On the next page, you will be asked to select a character from the Skylander franchise or create your own character using one of the provided templates. Select a character from the list or click on "Create My Character" to start creating your custom Skylander!
How to delete a character
When you want to delete a character, follow these simple steps:
1. Tap on the character you want to delete.
2. On the menu that pops up, tap on "Settings."
3. On the "Settings" screen, tap on "Characters."
4. On the "Characters" screen, tap on the character you want to delete.
5. Tap on the "Delete Character" button.
How to update your profile information
If you have not done so already, you will need to login to your Skylanders Mobile Portal account in order to update your profile information. To login, simply click the "Log In" button located in the top right corner of the main page. Once logged in, click on "Profile" in the menu bar at the top of the page. This will take you to the Profile page where you can update your name and other important information.
How to change your password
If you forget your password, or need to change it, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Skylanders Mobile Portal.
2. Click on the "Sign In" button in the top right corner.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click on the "Sign In" button again.
4. Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page.
5. Under "My Account," click on "Change Password."
6. Enter your current password in the "New Password" field, and type a new password in the "New Password Again" field.
How to troubleshoot Problems with Skylanders Mobile Portal
When you first open the Skylanders Mobile Portal, you'll be asked to login. If you're having trouble logging in, there are a few things you can try:
- Make sure your device and network are connected and your firewall is disabled
- Reset your device (hold down the power and home buttons together until it turns off, then turn it on again)
- Clear your cache and cookies
- Disable third-party extensions (from the Settings menu on your browser)
