How to login to Skoda Connect Portal
Skoda Connect Portal is the central portal for your Skoda car. Here you can find all the information you need about your car, service and warranty. You can also book a service or get help with your warranty.
To login to Skoda Connect Portal, follow these steps:
1. tap on the Skoda Connect Portal icon on your home screen (or go to www.skoda-connect.com/portal).
2. Enter your user name and password (the same ones that you use to access the app). If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password? and enter the email address that you used when you created your account. Your password will be sent to this email address.
3. If everything is correct, you will be redirected to the main menu. There, under Login, select Sign In.
4. Enter your user name and password again and click on OK. You are now logged in!
How to change your password
To change your password, visit the Skoda Connect Portal and click on the "My Account" link on the left-hand side of the screen. In the "My Account" section, select "Password Change" from the drop-down menu. Enter your current password in the "New Password" field and click on the "Change Password" button to update your password.
How to cancel your subscription
If you no longer need access to the Skoda Connect Portal, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps:
Log in to the Skoda Connect Portal. Click on the My Account link in the top left corner of the page. In the My Account section, click on the Cancel Subscription button. You will be prompted to confirm your decision.
