How to login to the Sit Student Portal
The Sit Student Portal is a resource for students that helps them stay organized and keep track of their academic progress. You can login to the portal using your student ID number or your NetID.
To login to the Sit Student Portal:
1. Click on the “Login” button in the upper right-hand corner of the portal. This will take you to a login screen.
2. Enter your student ID number or NetID into the appropriate text box and click on the “Login” button. You will be logged in to the portal, and can now access all of its features.
Changing your password
If you have forgotten your Sit Student Portal login credentials, or if you want to change your password, follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the "Log In" button in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your username and password and click on the "Log In" button.
3. On the "My Account" page, click on the "Password Change" link in the upper right corner.
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" text box and click on the "Change Password" button.
5. Click on the "Close My Account" button to log out of your account.
Adding and editing your courses
Adding and editing your courses is easy with Sit Student Portal. After you've logged in, follow these steps:
1. Click on "My Courses" in the main navigation bar.
2. In the "Courses" section, click on the course you want to edit.
3. On the "Course Details" page, you will see all the information about this course, including the number of students enrolled, the class schedule, and any notes or announcements from the professor.
4. To add a new student to this course, click on "Add Student" in the upper-right corner of the page. You will be prompted to enter the student's name and email address. You can also choose to send a notification email to this student when their registration is complete.
5. To make changes to an existing student in this course, click on that student's name in the list on the right side of the page. You will then be able to view that student's enrollment status, class schedule, and any notes or announcements from the professor.
Cancelling your course
If you decide that you do not want to continue your course, there are a few things you need to do in order to cancel.
To cancel your course, go to My Sit Student Portal and click on the courses tab.
You will then be able to see all of your current courses and select the one you would like to cancel.
Once you have selected the course, click on the “Cancel this Course” button.
This will take you to a confirmation page where you will need to confirm that you want to cancel the course.
Once you have confirmed your cancellation, your course will be cancelled and you will no longer be enrolled in it.
Viewing your grades
To view your grades on the Sit Student Portal, you need to first login. After logging in, you will be taken to your My Grades page. Here, you can see all of your grades and their corresponding points values. You can also print or export your My Grades page as a PDF file.
Checking the status of your transcripts
If you have recently been admitted to a college or university, you will need to submit your transcripts to the school. Once your transcripts have been received, you can check the status of your transcripts on the Sit Student Portal.
To check the status of your transcripts:
1. Log in to the Sit Student Portal at https://sitstudentportal.com/.
2. Click "My Transcripts."
3. Click "Status."
4. Under "Status" (see image below), select "Pending."
If your transcript is not pending, it means that it has already been received and processed by the school. You can view a list of all of your pending transcripts by clicking "View All Pending Transcripts."
