1) Click on the Login link in the upper right corner of the homepage.
2) Type your username and password into the fields provided and click on the Log In button.
3) You will now be taken to the Member Portal home page. Click on My Account in the top left corner to view your account information.
Silverscript Member Portal How-To
If you are a Silverscript member and have forgotten your password, or need to reset it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the Silverscript Member Portal. If you do not have an account, create one now.
2. Click on "Forgot Password?" in the upper-right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your email address and click on the "Reset Password" button. A new password will be sent to your email address.
4. Enter the new password into the "New Password" field and click on the "Reset Password" button.
Creating an Account
To start using the Silverscript Member Portal, you will first need to create an account. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Click the "Sign In" link located in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click "Sign In".
3. You will now be taken to your login page. Enter your email address again and click "Login".
4. You will now be taken to your member portal home page. Click on the "My Profile" link located in the top left corner of the page to access your profile information.
Logging In
If you are a SilverScript member, you can login to your account on the Member Portal.:
Log in with your username and password. If you are not a SilverScript member, you can create an account on the Member Portal and then login.
Changing Your Password
If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link in the login form on the Silverscript Member Portal.
1. Click on the "Forgot Password" link.
2. Enter your email address and click on the "Create Password" button.
3. Enter your new password and click on the "Confirm Password" button.
4. If you have forgotten your user name, you can find it in the email that was sent to you when you registered for Silverscript.
Updating Your Profile
To update your profile information, go to the Silverscript Member Portal and click on "Manage Profile."
On the "Manage Profile" page, you will need to login with your member number and password.
Once you have logged in, click on the "Profile" tab and update your profile information.
You can also update your contact information and social media links by clicking on the "Contact Info" and "Social Media" tabs, respectively.
Contacting Silverscript
If you've misplaced your password, or need to contact Silverscript for any other reason, you can do so by logging into your Member Portal and clicking the "Contact Us" link in the upper right corner.
Once you're logged in, click on the "My Account" tab and enter your email address in the "Email Address" field. You'll then be able to send Silverscript a message using the "Message" field. If you don't have an email address associated with your account, you can also contact them by phone at (855) 328-7659 or through their online chat service.
