How to login to Silver Hills Public School Parent Portal
To login to the Silver Hills Public School Parent Portal, please follow the steps below.
1. Go to silverhillsps.com and sign in with your school account username and password.
2. Click on the “Parent Portal” link in the left-hand navigation bar.
3. Enter your user ID and password in the appropriate fields, and click on “Log In” to log in to the portal.
4. You will now be taken to the Parent Portal home page. On this page, you will find several sections that you can use to manage your child’s education at Silver Hills Public School. The first section is the “My Account” tab, which includes information such as your name, email address, and password. You can also view your child’s current attendance information, grades, and related documents here. The “Gradebook” tab allows you to view all of your child’s grades, as well as add new grades or documents to their record. The “Report Cards” tab lets you view all of your child’s report cards from both recent and past school years
How to register for a student account
To register for a student account, please follow these steps:
1. Log into the Silver Hills Public School Parent Portal.
2. Click on the “Student Accounts” tab.
3. Click on the “Register New Student” link.
4. Complete the registration form and click on the “Submit” button.
5. You will be redirected to the “New Student Login Page” where you will need to enter your student’s first and last name, date of birth, and email address in order to log in.
6. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view all of your student’s records, as well as make changes to their information.
How to manage your student information
If you are new to Silver Hills Public School Parent Portal, or have not logged into your account in a while, we have provided a few tips below to help you get started.
1. To login to the Parent Portal, first click on the Login link at the top of the page.
2. Enter your username and password to log in. If you have forgotten your username or password, please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you reset it.
3. Once you have logged in, you will be able to manage your student information by clicking on My Students in the main menu bar at the top of the page.
4. You can view all of your student’s records including: an updated schedule, grades and reports, online resources, and more!
5. You can also submit requests for transcripts and other forms related to your student’s education via their Forms section.

How to report a concern or problem
If you have a concern or problem with your child's education at Silver Hills Public School, you can login to the Parent Portal and submit a report.To login to the Parent Portal, follow these steps:1. Go to silverhillsps.org2. On the left side of the page, click Parent Portal3. Follow the instructions on the screen4. To report a concern or problem, click Report A Concern or Report A Problem5. Fill out the form as completely as possible6. Click Submit7. Your report will be sent to the school district and/or the appropriate staff members
How to unsubscribe from notifications
If you would like to unsubscribe from notifications sent by the Silver Hills Public School Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Notifications" tab on the Parent Portal home page.
2. Under "How do I unsubscribe from notifications for my child's school?" select "Unsubscribe from all notifications."
3. You will then be prompted to confirm your desire to unsubscribe.
How to contact Silver Hills Public School
If you are having difficulty logging in to the Parent Portal, follow these instructions:
1. Navigate to silverhills.k12.or.us and click on the parent portal link in the top navigation bar.
2. Enter your username and password in the login form and click on the login button.
3. If you are not automatically logged in, click on the sign in link at the bottom of the page.
