How to login to Shop101
If you are a Shop101 seller, you need to login to access your account and sell products. To login, follow these steps:
1. Open the Shop101 home page.
2. On the left side of the page, click the "Login" button.
3. Enter your username and password information and click "Log In."
4. You are now ready to start selling products!
How to change your password
To login to your Seller account, you will need to go to your Account Settings and change your password. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to your Account Settings page.
2. Click on the “Your account” link in the top navigation bar.
3. On the Your account page, click on the “Change Password” link in the lower left corner.
4. Enter your current password in the “New Password” field and click on the “Set Password” button.
5. You will now be prompted to confirm your new password. Click on the “Confirm New Password” button and you are now ready to login to your Seller account!
How to cancel your account
If you decide that you no longer want to shop with the seller, there are a few ways to cancel your account. You can either contact the seller directly or go to their website and cancel your account there.
If you contact the seller, they will likely be able to process your cancellation quickly. However, if you cancel your account through the website, the seller may not be able to process your cancellation immediately. In either case, you will receive a confirmation email notification of your cancellation.
How to report a problem
If you have a problem with a seller on eBay, you can report the problem through the "Report a Problem" link on the seller's profile page. This will help to solve the problem as quickly as possible. If you are unable to resolve the problem yourself, you can also contact eBay customer service.
How to add a product to your shopping cart
To shop for products on the Seller Site, you will first need to login. To do this, go to the "Login" button located at the top right corner of any page on the Seller Site.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to add products to your shopping cart and track your order progress. You can also contact the seller if you have any questions or problems.
How to return an item
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to the seller. To do this, you will need to login to your account and follow the steps below.
1. Go to your account page. You can find this on the main menu of the website or in the top navigation bar.
2. Click on “My Orders”. This will open a list of all the items that you have purchased on the website.
3. Click on the order that you want to return. This will take you to the details page for that order.
4. On the details page, click on “Return this item”. This will take you to a page where you can enter all of the information about your return.
5. Enter your contact information and choose a return method (standard shipping or pickup). You will also have the option to add a note about your return.
6. Click on “submit” and your return will be processed!
How to update your account information

2. On the My Account page, click the "Login" button.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click "Log In."
