How to access your patient records
Shine Pediatrics is proud to offer their patients a secure patient portal that allows you to view your health records, make appointments, and manage your medications. To access the portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in with your login information: your name, email address, and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgotten Your Password?" link at the top of the page and enter your email address into the "Email Address" field. A new password will be sent to this email address. If you do not receive a new password within 24 hours, please contact them at (614) 607-0088.
2. Review your health record: You'll see a list of all of your appointments, tests, and doctor's appointments. You can also view detailed information about each appointment, such as when it was scheduled and what was discussed. If you have any questions about an appointment or test results, please click on the link next to the appointment or test description. You can also print out a copy of your health record or export it to a PDF file.
