This will take you to a new page where you can update your profile information. You can also access this page by clicking on "Profile" in the header menu at the top of any Parent Portal page. On this page, you can update your name, e-mail address, password, and birth date.
How to Report a Problem
If you have a problem logging in to the Parent Portal, please follow these steps:

4. On the Forgotten Password? page, input your email address and click on “Submit Request”. You will receive an email notification confirming that your request was successful.
5. If you do not receive an email notification within a few minutes, please check your spam folder and resubmit your request if necessary.
6. Once you have successfully reset your password, Logout of the Parent Portal and log back in to continue using the site
How to Block a User
If you want to block a user from using your Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Parent Portal account.
2. Click the 'Blocked Users' link on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Select the user you want to block and click the 'Block this User' button. The user will no longer be able to access your Parent Portal.
How to Report Abuse
