Welcome to Shaker High School Parent Portal! This website provides important information for parents of students at Shaker High School. In order to login and access all the features of their Parent Portal, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Enter your Shaker High School parent login ID in the “User Name” field. You can find this information on the back of your student’s ID card or on their website.
Step 2: Enter your Shaker High School parent password in the “Password” field. Again, you will find this information either on your student’s ID card or on their website.

How to Login to Shaker High School Parent Portal
If you are a parent at Shaker High School, you can login to the Parent Portal to view important information about your child and school. To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MyShaker account. You can find this information on the MyShaker home page or by clicking on "Student Information" on the left side of the Shaker website.
2. Click on "Parent Portal" in the left column of the MyShaker home page.

How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Shaker High School Parent Portal.
2. Click on "My Account."
3. On the left-hand side, under "Personal Information," click on "Password."
4. Enter your current password and click on "Change Password."
5. Type a new password and confirm it. Click on "Save Changes."
How to Update Your Personal Information
To update your personal information on the Shaker High School Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal by visiting www.shakerhigh.org and clicking on “My Account” in the top right corner.
2. On the My Account page, click on the “Edit Profile” button next to your name.
3. On the Edit Profile page, you will need to provide your full name, email address, and password.
4. Next, you will need to choose which contact information you would like to be displayed on the Parent Portal website. You can choose either your home phone number or cell phone number, as well as your email address and street address.
5. At the bottom of the Edit Profile page, you will need to provide your child’s school information. This includes their school name and ID number (if available).
6. Finally, click on the “Update Profile” button to finalize your personal information on the Parent Portal website
How to Report a Concern or Complaint
If you are having trouble logging into your Shaker High School Parent Portal, please follow the steps below.
1. Make sure that you are using the most current version of the Parent Portal (available at shakerhigh.org and in the App Store).
2. Make sure that you have your parent portal username and password. If you do not know your username or password, please contact the school office.
3. If you are having trouble with your internet connection, please try to connect to the Parent Portal using a different browser or device. If that does not work, please try connecting to the Parent Portal through a wired connection or VPN service if available at your school.

How to Listen to Live Audio and Video Conferences from Shaker High School
The Shaker High School Parent Portal allows parents to listen to live audio and video conferences from their school. To access the portal, parents must first login. The login process is simple and can be completed by following these steps:
1. Go to shakerschools.org/parentportal.
2. Click on the “Login” link in the top menu bar.
3. Fill out the required information and click on the “Log In” button.
4. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view all of the current audio and video conference sessions that are being held at Shaker High School.
