How to manage your profile
The SG Employee Portal is a great way to keep track of your professional and personal information. You can access your profile from any computer with an internet connection.
To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the SG Employee Portal using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please contact them at [email protected] for assistance.
2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen to view your profile page. You will see all of the information that is currently available about you on the SG Employee Portal. You can update this information by clicking on the Edit Profile button on the left hand side of the page. You can also add or remove information from your profile by clicking on the Add or Remove Photos button on the right hand side of the page. Please note that you cannot change your name or photo while you are offline.

How to request a leave of absence
If you are an employee of SGSC, you can request a leave of absence. To request a leave, you will need to complete the Leave Request Form and submit it to your supervisor. Your supervisor will then process your leave request and provide you with a copy of the leave form.
To begin the leave process, you will first need to login to your employee portal. Once you have logged in, click on the "Employee Portal" tab and locate the "Leave Request Form." On this form, you will need to provide information about the reason for your leave and specify when you plan to return. You will also need to provide your supervisor with a copy of the Leave Request Form and your ID card.
Once your supervisor has processed your leave request, they will provide you with an official copy of the form. You will then be able to take your leave starting from the date specified on the form.
How to update your contact information
If you have ever wanted to update your contact information on the SGS Employee Portal, now is the time! You can login to the portal and click on “My Profile” in the top right-hand corner. From here, you can click on “Contact Information” and update your information.
How to report an issue
If you are experiencing an issue with the Sgs Employee Portal, here are some steps to take:
1. Navigate to the Employees tab on the portal.
2. Select the employee you wish to report the issue to from the list of employees.
3. Select the Issue tab from the menu bar at the top of the page.
4. On the Issue tab, select Report an Issue from the drop down menu.

6. Under Category of Problem, select one of the following: Performance Issues, Security Issues, or User Interface Issues.
7. Enter a detailed description of your issue in the text box below and click Submit Report to continue.
