If you are not familiar with Sgmu Portal, it is a web-based platform that allows students and faculty to manage their academic records and access their coursework, grades, transcripts, and other important documents. In this article, we will show you how to login to Sgmu Portal if you are a student or faculty member.
How to login to Sgmu Portal
If you are a new user of the Sgmu Portal, or have forgotten your login information, follow these steps to regain access:
1. Log in to your account on the Sgmu Portal. If you do not have an account, create one first.
2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link located in the top navigation bar of the Sgmu Portal.
3. Enter your email address and password into the corresponding fields and click on the "Reset Password" button.
4. You will now receive an email notification informing you that your password has been successfully reset. Please verify your new password and return to step 2 to log in again.
How to create an account
If you are not a current Sgmu Portal user, or have forgotten your password, please click here to create an account.
Creating an account allows you to access all the features of the Sgmu Portal.
To create an account, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.sgmu.ac.uk/portal and log in with your University username and password.
2. Click on the “User Accounts” link at the top of the page.
3. In the “User Accounts” box, click on the “New User” button.
4. In the “New User” box, enter your full name and email address, and then click on the “Create Account” button.
How to view your account information
If you have forgotten your login information, or if you need to reset your password, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the My Account page.
2. Enter your email address and click the "Reset Password" button.
3. Enter your new password and hit the "Confirm New Password" button.
4. Click the "Log In" button to view your account information.
How to manage your account
If you are new to the Sgmu Portal, or if you have forgotten your login credentials, you can easily reset your password by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Sgmu Portal using your login credentials (username and password).
2. Click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page.
3. In the “My Account” page, click on the “Reset Password” link.
4. Enter your new password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Reset Password” button.
5. You will be directed back to the “My Account” page and your new password will be displayed next to your username.
How to update your contact information
If you have an existing login, please enter your username and password below. If you do not have an existing login, please create one by clicking the "create account" link at the top of the page. Once you create your account, you'll be able to log in and update your contact information.
How to cancel your subscription
If you are unhappy with the Sgmu Portal or you want to cancel your subscription, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your Sgmu Portal account.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the screen.
3. On the "My Account" page, click on "Subscriptions" in the left sidebar.
4. On the "Subscriptions" page, click on the blue "Cancel My Subscription" button next to the subscription you wish to cancel.
How to unsubscribe from Sgmu Portal
If you no longer want to receive notifications from Sgmu Portal, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. Log into your account at https://portal.sgmu.edu.sg/.
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click the gear icon and select Account Settings.
3. On the Account Settings page, under Email Notifications, click Unsubscribe.
4. Follow the instructions on the confirmation email to unsubscribe from all notifications from Sgmu Portal.
