How to login to the Sevenoaks School Portal
If you are a registered user of the Sevenoaks School Portal, then you will already be familiar with the login process. However, if you are not registered yet, or have lost your password, then please follow the steps below to login:
1. Click on the 'Login' link located at the top right-hand corner of the homepage. This will take you to the login screen.
2. Enter your user name (which is your school name, followed by @sevenoaks.ac.uk) and password into the relevant fields and click on the ' Login ' button.
3. You will now be taken to the main Sevenoaks School Portal page, where you can start browsing around!
Using the School Portal
If you are a new or returning student, your first step is to login using your school ID number and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click here to submit a forgotten password request. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the information on the School Portal. Here are some of the most important features:
- Student information, including My Account, grades, attendance records and transcripts
- Calendar and paperless registration
- Online resources and tools including ePortfolios and Learning Management Systems (LMSs)
- Connect with classmates and other students online
- Keep up with school news and events
Managing your profile
To manage your profile, please login below:
1. Log in using your username and password.
2. Click on "My Profile" at the top of the page.
3. You will see all of your recent posts and comments. Click on any post or comment to view more details.
4. Click on "Edit Profile" to make changes to your profile information.
5. Click on "Delete Profile" to remove your profile from the blog site.
Viewing your school calendar
To view your school calendar, click the "Calendar" tab at the top of the page. You will see a list of upcoming events. You can also create or join events by clicking on the "Create Event" or "Join Event" buttons, respectively.
Addressing messages
If you are having difficulty logging in to your Sevenoaks School Portal account, please follow these simple steps:
1. Navigate to the 'My Account' page and enter your username and password into the login fields.
2. If the login attempt fails, please contact the school's IT department for assistance.
Making a request
Requests can be made through the Sevenoaks School Portal's 'request a copy' function. To make a request, first open the portal and enter 'request a copy' in the search bar at the top of the page. On the following page, you will need to provide some information about your request including your name, school and email address. Once you have completed this, click on 'submit request'. A member of staff will then contact you to arrange a time for you to collect your copy.
