How to login to the Servicenow Partner Portal
If you are a partner who has not yet registered for the Servicenow Partner Portal, now is the time to do so. Once registered, you will be able to access all of the resources and tools that their partners have at their fingertips.
The following steps will help you login to the Partner Portal:
1. Log in to your Servicenow account. This can be done by clicking on the "My Account" link in the upper right-hand corner of the Servicenow home page or by visiting servicenow.com/myaccount.
2. Click on "Login." This will take you to a page where you can enter your user name and password. Make sure that you have entered your user name and password correctly before continuing with these steps. If not, please contact their support team at servicenow.com/support for assistance.
3. If you have not yet registered as a partner, click on "Register New Partner" on this same login page and follow the instructions provided. After registering as a partner, you will be able to access all of the resources and tools that we offer through their Partner Portal.
How to use the Servicenow Partner Portal
If you are unable to login to the Servicenow Partner Portal, follow these steps.
1. Navigate to https://partnerportal.servicenow.com/.
2. Click on the Login link in the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your email address and password into the respective fields and click on Log In.
4. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in with your Servicenow account.
5. After logging in, you will be redirected to the Home Page of the Partner Portal where you can explore the various sections and tools available to you as a partner site administrator.
How to find your Servicenow Partner Portal account number
To login to your Servicenow Partner Portal account, you will need your account number. If you do not know your account number, please contact Servicenow customer service.
How to change your password for your Servicenow Partner Portal account
If you have forgotten your Servicenow Partner Portal password, or if you would like to change your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Servicenow Partner Portal account using your credentials.
2. Click on "My Account" on the left-hand navigation panel.
3. On the "My Account" page, click on the "Password" link in the sidebar.
4. Enter your email address andpassword in the appropriate fields, and click on "Update Password".
5. Enter a new password for your account in the "New Password" field, and click on "Update Password".
