-Go to the Service Card Portal homepage.
-Click on "Forgot Password?" in the upper left corner of the homepage.
-Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click on "Reset Password."
-You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

How to update your contact information
If you have changed your email address or phone number on your Service Card portal account, you need to update your contact information on the portal. To update your contact information:
Navigate to My Account on the Service Card portal. In the left-hand column, click Contact Info. Under Current Contact Information, click Edit. Type in your new contact information and click Save.
How to dispute a charge
If you’ve been charged for an item and you believe it’s incorrect, you can dispute the charge. Here’s how to do it:

2. Click on Dispute Charges.
3. On the Dispute Charges page, click on the item you want to dispute.
4. On the Details page, read the information about the charge and make sure you understand it. If you don’t agree with it, fill out the Dispute Form below and click Submit.
