To login to the Sentara Physician Portal, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Click on the "Login" button located at the top right corner of the portal homepage.
Step 2: Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.

How to login to the Sentara Physician Portal
If you are a registered Sentara physician, you can login to the portal using your credentials. If you are not registered with Sentara, please visit their website for information on how to become a registered physician with Sentara. To login to the portal:
- Enter your username and password in the login form on the homepage of the portal
- If you have not already created an account, you will be prompted to create one. After creating your account, you will be able to log in using your username and password.
How to find your account number
If you have not yet created an account, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "login" link in the top right corner of this page.
2. Enter your name and email address.
3. Click on the "Create Account" button.
4. Your account number will be sent to your email address. Please enter it in the login form below.
How to find your health information
If you are looking for information about your health, the Sentara Physician Portal is the place to go. The portal is a one-stop shop for physicians and patients to access their medical records, find health information, and communicate with health care providers.
To find your way around the portal, first click on the "login" link in the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to a login screen where you can enter your user name and password. If you have not created an account yet, you will need to do so first. Once you have logged in, you will be able to select which doctors and clinics you want to view your records with. You can also search for specific health information or contact your doctor or clinic directly from within the portal.
The Sentara Physician Portal is a valuable resource for both patients and physicians. By using the portal, patients can easily access their medical records and communicate with their doctors. How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:
Log in to the Sentara Physician Portal at www.sentara.com/physicianportal. Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the home page. Find the “Password” tab and enter your email address and new password in the appropriate fields. Click on the “Update Password” button.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your contact information through the Sentara Physician Portal, you will need to update your information on the website. To update your contact information:
1. Log in to the Sentara Physician Portal.
2. Click on "My Profile" in the top left corner of the screen.
3. On the "Profile Overview" page, click on "Contact Info."
4. On the "Contact Info" page, click on "Update Profile."
5. Enter your new contact information in the fields provided and click "Save."
How to unsubscribe from email notifications
If you no longer want to receive email notifications from the Sentara Physician Portal, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Sentara Physician Portal.
2. Click on the “My Account” link in the top right corner of the screen.
3. On the “My Account” page, click on the “Email Notifications” tab.
4. Under the heading “Configure Email Notifications,” select the check box next to “Unsubscribe from Email Notifications.”
5. Click on the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.
