How to login to the Scf Portal
The Scf Portal is a website that allows you to access and manage your health records. To login, follow these instructions:
1. Go to scfportal.com and sign in.
2. Click on the "Login" link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your user name and password.
4. Click on the "Logout" button in the top right corner of the screen.
How to find your account number
To find your account number, go to the "My Account" page on the portal. On this page, you will see a field called "Account Number." Enter this number in the field below and click on the "Log In" button.
How to reset your password
If you forgot your password, or if you have changed it and need to reset it, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the "login" section of the Scf Portal home page.2. In the "Password Reset Form" textarea, type your current password and confirm it.3. Click on the "Reset Password" button to reset your password.
How to change your email address
If you want to change your email address, go to the "My Account" page and click on the "Change Email Address" link. You will be prompted to enter your new email address and password.
How to unsubscribe from their mailing list
To unsubscribe from their mailing list, please follow these instructions:
1) Click on the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of every email we send.
2) Enter your email address in the "Unsubscribe From" field and click on the "Submit" button.
3) You will receive a confirmation email that says, "Your subscription has been cancelled."
