How to Report an Issue

2) Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page.
3) Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button.
4) You will be redirected to the main dashboard page. On this page, you will see all of your open tickets. Click on the "Browse Tickets by Status" link in the upper right-hand corner of the page to view all of your open tickets by status.
5) Click on the "Ticket Status" column heading to sort your tickets by status. To find a specific ticket, type its number into the search box at the top of the page.
6) Click on a specific ticket to view more information about it, including its assigned ticket number and description. You can also click on the "Attachments" link to view any attachments associated with that ticket.
