Everyone is familiar with the online banking platforms, such as Sbi and Standard Chartered. These platforms offer a wealth of features that allow customers to manage their finances and keep track of their transactions. In this article, we will show you how to login to your Sbi Customer Portal using your email address and password.
How to login to the Sbi Customer Portal
If you are not already logged into the Sbi Customer Portal, you will need to login first. To login, click on the "Login" link located in the top right corner of the portal. Enter your user name and password and click on the "Log In" button. Once you have logged in, you will see the "My Portals" tab on the left-hand side of the page. From here, you can access all of your personal and account-related information.
How to view your account information
If you have not already done so, please login to your Sbi account by clicking on the link in the email we sent to you. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your account information by clicking on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page.
You will be able to view your account balance, recent transactions, your current account status, and more.

How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to change it because it has been compromised, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Sbi Customer Portal at www.sbi.com/portal
2. Click on "My Account" on the left-hand navigation bar
3. Under "Account Details", click on "Change Password" (see screenshot below)
4. Enter your current password in the "New Password" field and your desired new password in the "New Password Confirmation" field (see screenshot below)
5. Click on the "Update Profile" button to save your changes (see screenshot below)
6. Click on the "Log Out" button at the top of the page tolog out of the Sbi Customer Portal (see screenshot below)
7. If you have forgotten your login ID, you can find it under "Account Details" in theleft-hand navigation bar under "Login ID". You will need this login ID to log back in shouldyou need to do so (see screenshot below).

How to contact Sbi
If you need to contact Sbi, there are a few ways to do so. You can phone them on their toll-free number, or you can visit their website and use the online contact form. If you need to speak to a representative in person, you can try visiting one of their branches.
How to dispute a claim
If you have a dispute with your bank, you can use the Sbi Customer Portal to submit a claim. To login to the Sbi Customer Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to sbi.com.za and click on the "Customer Portal" link in the top left corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password in the login form and click on "Log In."
3. On the main screen, select "My Accounts" from the menu on the left side of the screen and then select "Dispute A Claim."
4. On the Dispute A Claim page, enter all of the information required to dispute your claim, including your name, account number, transaction details and explanation for why you believe your claim is valid.
5. Click on "Submit Dispute." Your dispute will be reviewed by Sbi and a decision will be made within 14 days.
How to cancel your account
If you need to cancel your account, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Sbi website at www.Sbi.co.za and click on My Account in the top right corner of the page.
2. Click on the Cancel Account link near the bottom of the page. A confirmation message will appear, indicating that your account has been cancelled.
3. Close all open browser windows and log out of all your Sbi accounts.
How to manage your alerts
If you have any questions or would like help with setting up your Sbi account, their customer portal has all the information you need. You can also manage your alerts and notifications by logging in and clicking on the "My Account" tab. Here, you'll find information about your account, including your current balances and transactions. If you ever need to update your contact information or banking details, you can do so here too.
