Savvis offers a great customer portal that allows customers to login and manage their account information, including billing and payment history. To access the Savvis customer portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.savvis.com and click on the "Customer Portal" link in the main navigation bar.

1. From any web browser on your computer, enter the following address into the address bar: https://messages.savvis.com/.
2. Sign in with your existing Savvis Account or create a new account if you don't have one.
3. Click on "My Messages."
4. On the left side of the My Messages page, under "Inbox," click on "Sent."
5. On the right side of the Sent Items page, click on "Login."
6. Enter your email address and password in the boxes provided and click on "Log In." If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address and click on "Forgot Password?" and we will send you a link to reset it.

1. Log in to your Savvis account at www.savvis.com/account.
2. Click the "Account" tab on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields and click the "Login" button.
4. If you have forgotten your username, click "Forgot Username?" in the "Account Details" section below and enter your email address in the "Forgot Username?" field. They will email you a new username to use when logging in to your account.
5. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password?" in the "Account Details" section below and enter your current password in the "Forgot Password?" field. They will email you a new password to use when logging in to your account.

If you are a Savvis customer and need to sign in, the process is as follows:
1. Open the Savvis website and log in with your username and password.
2. Click on the "Login" link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your username and password and click on the "Log In" button.
4. You will be prompted to choose a service from which you would like to login. Choose "My Account" if you are already logged in, or click on the "New Customer" link if you have not logged in yet.
5. On the next page, enter your first and last name, email address, residential address, zip code, phone number, and create a password (twice). Click on the "Create Account" button to finish signing in.
