How to login to Sappi Career Portal
Login to Sappi Career Portal by visiting sappicareerport.com and clicking on the "Login" link in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the "Log In" button. You will now be able to access all of the features of the portal.
If you are a new user and have not registered with Sappi Career Portal yet, please follow these instructions:
1. Go to sappicareerport.com and click on the "Registration" link in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Enter your name, email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Register Now" button.
2. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Click on the link in the email to activate your account and log in to Sappi Career Portal.
How to use the Career search features
To use the Career search features on the Sappi Career Portal, first log in by entering your username and password in the login screen. Once you have logged in, click on the “Career Search” tab on the main navigation bar.
To start your search, enter a keyword or phrase that describes what you are looking for in a career. The search results will show all of the postings that relate to that keyword or phrase. You can narrow your search by clicking on one of the links in the results list.
If you want to find a specific posting, you can click on the “Find Postings” link at the top of the results list. This will take you to a page where you can select which postings you want to see. You can also filter your search by selecting a category (for example, “Administrative” or “Sales”) or by using keywords that are specific to that category.

How to post a job vacancy
To post a job vacancy on the Sappi Career Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Create a new post by clicking on the “New Post” button located at the top right-hand corner of the blog section.
2. In the “Title” field, type a catchy and relevant title for your post.
3. In the “Description” field, provide an overview of your job vacancy, including its location, type of position and any other pertinent information.
4. Choose the category under which you would like to post your vacancy (for example, Jobs in Business).
5. Add your job vacancy’s URL (the full URL including http://www.sappi.com/en/careers/) in the “Link” field and hit “Post New Job”.
6. You will now be able to view all posts that have been published under that particular category and filter them by date or by author.

How to get in touch with recruiters
If you're looking to get in touch with recruiters, the Sappi Career Portal is a great place to start. You can browse through all of the available job postings, and then click on the "Contact Recruiters" button at the bottom of each post. This will take you to a form where you can email or call the recruiter directly.
How to manage your career profile
If you're looking to manage your career profile on Sappi, there are a few different ways to do so. You can use the portal's main menu to browse through all of your past and present jobs, or you can use the "My Profile" tab at the top of the portal to access your resume, biography, and contact information for any job openings that match your skills and interests.

How to manage your email account
If you want to manage your email account with Sappi Career Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Sappi Career Portal.
2. Click on the "My Account" button in the top right corner of the screen.
3. In the "My Account" window, click on the "Email" tab.
4. On the "Email" tab, enter your login credentials and click on the "Login" button.
5. You will now be able to see all of your email addresses in the "Email Addresses" field.
6. Click on any of the email addresses to open your email account in a new window.
7. Click on the "Manage Email Addresses" link to view your email messages, manage contacts, and manage subscriptions.
