How to Login to Sapphire School Portal
If you are a new user, or have forgotten your login credentials, follow these steps to login:
1. Click on the "Log In" link in the top right-hand corner of the home page.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click "Login".

How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Sapphire School Portal.
2. Click the “My Account” link in the top right corner of the screen.
3. In the “My Account” page, click the “Change Password” link in the menu on the left.
4. Enter your current password in the “New Password” field and click the “Change Password” button.
5. Re-enter your new password in the “New Password” field and click the “Update Profile” button.
How to Edit Your Profile
If you're new to Sapphire School Portal, we recommend that you first create a profile. You can do this by clicking on the "Create Profile" link located on the top right-hand corner of every page. After you've created your profile, you can edit it by clicking on the "Edit Profile" link located in the top right-hand corner of your profile. Here are some tips for editing your profile:
First and foremost, be sure to fill out all of the required information. This includes your name, email address, and contact information. You can also add a photo to your profile if you'd like.
Next, make sure that your profile is updated with the latest information. This includes your current grade level and course selections.
Finally, be sure to check the privacy settings for your profile. You can choose to make your profile public or private.
How to Report a Problem
If you have a problem logging in to the Sapphire School Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the portal and sign in.
2. Click on the "My Accounts" link in the top right corner of the page.
3. On the "My Accounts" page, click on "Log In."

4. Click on the Cancel My Subscription button located below Your Subscription
5. You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation, and then your subscription will be cancelled.
