Login to your Sandvik Dealer Portal
If you are a Sandvik Dealer and have not already registered for the portal, please visit the registration page to do so. Once registered, you will be able to login to the portal using your user name and password.
Navigate to the My Account tab
Under Account Login, type in your email address and password
Click on the Log In button.
If you are an existing customer, you will be redirected to the My Account page. If you are not an existing customer, you will be prompted to create an account. Once you have logged in, click on the My Products tab and then on the Product Pages link under the Products heading.
Enter your login credentials
To login to the Sandvik Dealer Portal, please enter your login credentials below. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please contact your account manager.
Click on the My Orders tab
In the My Orders box, enter your login credentials.
Click on the Log In button.
Enter your email address and password. You will be prompted to create a new password if you do not have an existing one.
Click on the Login button.
You are now logged in to the Dealer Portal.
View your orders and invoices
How to login to your Sandvik Dealer Portal account:
If you have not already created an account on the Dealer Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Go to www.sandvik.com/dealerportal
2. Click on “Create Account” in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on “Create Account”.
4. After logging in, you will be taken to the home page of your Dealer Portal account. On this page you will see a list of all the products and services that are available through your dealership. You can also access your orders and invoices here.
Click on the Actions button next to an order or invoice
Step 1: Log in using your username and password.
Step 2: If you have more than one account, select the account you would like to use.
Step 3: Click on the Order or Invoice Item you would like to view.
Step 4: Click on the Actions button next to the order or invoice item to view the order details or invoice.
Change your shipping method or choose a new payment method
If you want to choose a new payment method, please visit the online registration form and enter the required information. Then, click on "register" in the upper right corner of the screen. You will be redirected to a confirmation page. After confirming your registration, you will be able to log in to the Dealer Portal.
If you have changed your shipping method, please go to "My Account" and select "shipping methods." You will then be able to change your shipping method.
Click on the Completed Orders tab to view your completed orders
To login, enter your username and password in the login form. Click on the Log In button to log in.
