How to login to the San Jose City College Portal
If you are a current or former San Jose City College student, you will be familiar with the login process. If not, please follow the instructions below:
1. Go to www.sjc.edu and sign in with your SJCC credentials (username and password).
2. Click on "Student Services" in the main navigation bar and then click on "Portal."
3. Enter your NetID and password and click on "Login."
4. If you have not changed your password since last using SJCC's Portal, enter your old password and click on "Forgot Password?" The system will prompt you to create a new password if necessary.
5. Click on "My Account" in the left-hand column of the Portal page to view your current account information, including academic transcripts and degree progress reports (DPRs). You can also view your class schedule, grades, and other important academic data.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or need to change it, follow these steps:
1. Click the “Forgot Password?” link at the top of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and click the “Create Password” button.
3. Type your new password in the “New Password” text field and click the “Confirm New Password” button.
4. Click the “Login” button to finish.
