How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have changed your password and need to update your account information, follow these instructions to change your Sam's Club Portal password.
Login to your Sam's Club Portal account. Click on the "Login" button in the top right corner of the screen. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields. Click on the "Update Your Info" button. Review the updated information and click on the "Save Changes" button.
How to shop on Sam's Club Portal
If you're new to Sam's Club, or just want to check out the club's deals before signing up, you can do so by logging in to the club's portal. Here's how:
First, head over to samclub.com and sign in. If you're not already a member, you'll be prompted to create an account. (Note: If you're already a member of Sam's Club, you don't need to create an account; all of your shopping information is already stored on the website.)
Once you're logged in, click on the "Shop" tab in the top navigation bar and then select "Portal." You'll be directed to the club's portal page.
On this page, you'll see a list of categories divided into subcategories. The main sections of the portal include Deals (which contains exclusive discounts on items in store), My Cart (where you can track your purchases), and Account (where you can update your contact information and password).

How to track your orders
If you're not already tracking your orders with the Sam's Club Portal, now is the time to start. Here's how:
1. Log in to the Sam's Club Portal at www.samsclub.com/portal.
2. On the main menu, click Order History.
3. On the Order History page, under Tracking Orders, click Add Order to Track Now.
4. Fill in the required information and click Next. (Your order number will be shown on this page.)
5. On the Tracking Orders page, under Details of Your Order, click View Details. (You may have to scroll down to see this option.)
In the Details of Your Order section, you'll see a link to Track Your Order Status online. Click this link to view your order's current status and track its progress through shipping and processing steps. You can also add comments or questions about your order in this section.
6. When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification with its tracking number and package contents description. Keep this tracking number handy so you can follow your order
How to get price adjustments for items you've already ordered
If you've already ordered items from Sam's Club, and you find that the prices of those items have changed after your order was placed, you can get price adjustments for your items. To do so, go to the Sam's Club Portal and sign in. From there, click on "My Account" in the main menu and then click on "Order History." You'll see all of the orders that you've placed with Sam's Club, including the details of each order. Under "Price Adjustments," select the order that you want to get price adjustments for and click on the "Submit Request" button. You'll be asked to provide some information about the price adjustment, such as the store where you bought the item and when the price change happened. Once you've submitted your request, a representative from Sam's Club will review it and may approve or deny it. If it's approved, your item(s) will be updated with the new price(s).
