If you're having trouble logging into your Sagicor Staff Mail account, you can follow these steps to get started.
How to login to your Sagicor Staff Mail account
If you are not currently a Sagicor Staff Mail account user, please see the following steps to create a new login and password.
1. Click "My Account" on the top navigation bar.
2. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click "Submit."
3. In the "Password" field, type your current password and click "Confirm Password."
4. Click "Login." You will now be redirected to your staff mail login page.
5. Enter your login name (i.e., your first and last name) and password, and click "Log In." You will now be logged into your staff mail account!
How to manage your mailbox
If you are a Sagicor staff member, you can manage your mailbox through the Sagicor Staff Portal. Once you have logged in, click on the My Details link on the left side of the screen. In the My Details section, you will be able to see your current mailbox settings. You can also change your password and email address here. If you are having trouble logging in, please contact customer service.
How to unsubscribe from mailings
If you no longer want to receive mailings from Sagicor, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions below. Note that if you do not unsubscribe within 30 days of receiving your first mailing, your account will be marked as inactive and may be closed.
