If you have forgotten your password, please follow these instructions to reset it.:
1. Log in to the Safenet Customer Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the screen.
3. In the "Account Details" panel on the right, click on "Change Password."
4. Enter your current password in the "New Password" text box and click on "Create."
5. Confirm your new password by clicking on "OK."
6. If you need to change your e-mail address or contact information, please follow these instructions:

- Click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the screen.

How to add or remove a device
If you need to remove a device from the Safenet customer portal, follow these instructions:

2. Click on Devices.
3. Click on the Add or Remove Device button.
4. Enter the device's serial number in the text box, and click on the Add button.
5. The device will now be listed on the page. Click on it to go to its detail page.
6. Under Device Details, click on Remove button to remove the device from the customer portal.
