How to make a medical appointment
If you are having any type of medical emergency, please call 911. However, if you would like to schedule an appointment with one of their specialists, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Sacred Heart Patient Portal and click on "Make Appointment." You will be prompted for your name and date of birth.
2. Choose a date and time for your appointment. Note that times are subject to change and availability. If the time you selected is not available, try a different time or day. You will be notified of any changes by email.
3. Click on "Next Step." This will take you to the confirmation page. Print out this page for your records.
4. Bring this confirmation page to your appointment. If you have questions during your appointment, please ask them here and their specialist will be happy to help you.
