How to Login to Rowan Application Portal
If you are trying to access the Rowan application portal and are having trouble logging in, please follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the rowan logo in the upper left corner of your browser window.
2. Type rowan into the search bar at the top of your screen and hit enter.
3. On the page that comes up, click on the rowan login link in the gray box located to the right of the page title.
4. Enter your user name (username) and password, and then click on the login button.
5. If you are prompted to verify your password, enter it and click on the login button again.

Adding or Updating Your Class Schedule is Easy with the Rowan Application Portal! Log in to the portal and click on My Classes to view your current class schedule. To add or change a class, click on the Add/Edit Class button at the top of the schedule. You will be prompted to enter the class information and select the course(s) you wish to add or update. Once you have completed these steps, your new or updated schedule will be visible on the My Classes page.
How to Request Transcripts and Course Evaluations
If you are a Rowan student and need transcripts or course evaluations, there are several ways to request them.
You can visit the Transcripts and Course Evaluations website and complete the online form.
You can also write to Rowan’s Records and Data Management Office (RRDO), requesting transcripts or evaluations. RRDO will send you a form to complete and return.
Finally, you can come to the Rowan Application Portal and click on “Transcripts & Courses” under My Account. From here, you can request transcripts for all courses currently being taken, as well as any past courses that you have registered for.
