How to login to Rotman Portal
If you are a Rotman student and have created a Rotman Portal account, you can login to the portal using your username and password. If you do not have a Rotman Portal account, you can create one by following these instructions.
How to create an account
To create an account on the Rotman Portal, please follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the “Login” link in the top navigation bar.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click on the “Log In” button to log in.
How to password protect your account
If you're like most Rotman students, you probably don't want your professors and classmates snooping around your account when they're not supposed to. Rotman Portal has a great feature that allows you to password protect your account! Follow these steps:
1. Log in to Rotman Portal.
2. Click on the "My Account" button in the top navigation bar.
3. On the "My Account" page, click on the "Password Protection" tab.
4. Enter a password in the "Password" field and make sure that the "Lock User Account After Login" checkbox is checked. (You will need this password to log in again.) Click on the "Update Password" button to save your changes.
5. You're now ready to login! When you sign in, you will be prompted for your password. Type it in and hit the "Login" button to continue.
How to update your contact information
If you would like to update your Rotman Portal account contact information, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your Rotman Portal account at https://portal.rotman.utoronto.ca/.
2. In the top right-hand corner of the main screen, click on "My Account."
3. On the My Account screen, click on "Contact Info" in the left-hand pane.
4. In the "Contact Info" screen, under "Personal Info," click on the blue "Edit" link next to your name.
5. In the "Edit Contact Info" screen, you will need to provide your updated contact information (including email address and phone number). Please note that you will need to re-enter your password if you have changed it since last logging in to Rotman Portal.
6. Click on the blue "Submit" button at the bottom of the "Edit Contact Info" screen to save your changes.
