Roehampton University's Student Portal is an online resource that enables students to access their course information, accommodation details and much more. In order to login and access the portal, you will need your student number and password. Below we have outlined how to login and use the Student Portal. How to login to Roehampton Student Portal
If you are a current Roehampton student, then you can login to the Roehampton Student Portal using your NetID and password. If you are a new student, then you will need to create a username and password. Please see the following instructions for more information:

How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Roehampton Student Portal.
2. Click the ‘My Account’ link in the top right corner of the page.
3. Click the ‘ Password’ link next to your user name in the ‘My Profile’ section.
4. Enter your current password and click the ‘Change Password’ button.
5. Enter a new password and click the ‘Update Password’ button.
How to report a problem
If you have a problem logging in to the Roehampton Student Portal, or need help using it, their team can help. To report a problem, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Roehampton Student Portal home page and click on 'Contact Us'.
2. Scroll down and click on 'Report a Problem'.
3. Enter your details in the form fields and then click on 'Submit Report'.
4. A member of their team will investigate your issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
How to cancel your account
If you no longer need access to the Roehampton Student Portal, you can cancel your account by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Roehampton Student Portal account.
2. Click the My Account link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Under My Account information, click Cancel my account.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to confirm your cancellation.
How to change your username
If you have forgotten your username, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Roehampton portal using your NetID and password.
2. Click on the 'My Account' link in the top right corner of the screen.
3. You will see a list of all of your registered account details, including your username. If you do not remember your username, please enter your NetID number (which is usually the first few digits of your student number) and click on the 'Find My Username' button. This will take you to a page where you can enter your old username and it will be updated in the system.
How to view your student information
If you are a Roehampton student and have an account with the portal, you can view your information by following these steps:
1. Log in to the portal. If you don't have an account, sign up now.
2. Click on My Account in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to your personal profile page. You'll find all of your important student information on this page, including your username, password, and email address. Make sure you remember these details as you'll need them to access other parts of the portal.

If you're using an institutional account, like most students at Roehampton, you can use their online banking system to make payments. You'll need your student number and bank account number to do this.
If you're not using an institutional account, or if you want to pay by cheque or cash, there are several options available to you. You can visit the Roehampton Money Shop on campus or take advantage of their online payment service.
