Editing your profile
If you are a new patient, please follow these simple steps to create your Rochester Eye Associates Portal account:

If you are an existing patient, please follow these steps:

Managing your account
Login to your Rochester Eye Associates Portal account by clicking on the login link on the top right hand corner of any page. Once you have logged in, please follow these instructions to update your contact information:
1.Click on βMy Profileβ in the top left hand corner of the portal.
2.On the My Profile page, click on βUpdate Contact Infoβ.
3.Enter your full name, email address, and phone number in the appropriate fields and click βSubmitβ.
4.You will receive a confirmation email with your updated contact information. Be sure to check your email inbox for this notification.
Uploading Documents to your account
If you have documents that you would like to upload to your account at Rochester Eye Associates, follow these steps:
Log in to your account at Rochester Eye Associates. Click on the "Documents" tab and select the file(s) you wish to upload. Click on the "Upload" button and follow the instructions onscreen.
Adding Comments to Documents uploaded to your account
To add a comment to a document you have uploaded to your Rochester Eye Associates account, just click on the document's name in the My Documents list on the left hand side of the Rochester Eye Associates Portal, and then click on the Comments link on the right. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your comment.
