How to use the Robert Napier Student Portal
If you are a student at Robert Napier, and have an account with the Portal, you can use the following steps to login:
1. Log in to your portal account by clicking on the 'Login' button in the top left corner of the portal homepage. This will take you to a login screen. Enter your username and password and click on the 'Login' button.
This is where you can also choose to sign in using your institutional email address or your Facebook profile.
2. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of the courses that you are registered for on the portal. Click on any course name to view more information about that course, including its syllabus, timetables and other relevant information. You can also add this course to your calendar by clicking on the 'Add this course to my calendar' button next to its title.

How to find your student account number
To login to the Robert Napier Student Portal, you will need your student account number. This can be found on your student ID card or on the MyUWE portal.:
If you have misplaced your student ID card, you can still login to the Robert Napier Student Portal using your school email address and password.:
To find your school email address, log in to MyUWE and click on Your Account. On the left-hand side of the screen, under My Profile, click on Email Address. You will then be able to see your school's email address.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the website using your username and password.
2. Click on the “Forgotten Password?” link in the upper right corner of the homepage.
3. Enter your username and click on the “Reset Password” button.
4. Enter your new password, confirm it, and click on the “Update Profile” button.
