How to login to the Robert Gordon Student Portal
In order to login to the Robert Gordon Student Portal, you will need your credentials (username and password). You can find these details on your MyRobertGordon account page. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the features of the Portal.
How to find your course information
If you are looking for information about your course, you can find it on the Robert Gordon Student Portal. Log in to the portal and select "My Courses" from the main menu. Under "Details," you will find all of the information you need to know about your course, such as the name, number, and start date.
How to register for a course
To register for a course using the Robert Gordon Student Portal, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the Robert Gordon Student Portal.
2. Click on Courses in the left-hand navigation bar.
3. Select the course you want to register for.
4. Click on the Register button next to the course description.
5. Enter your student number and email address in the appropriate fields, and click on the Continue button.
6. Review your registration details and click on the Submit button.
7. You are now registered for this course!
How to find your student services officer
If you have forgotten your login information, the quickest way to find it is to go to the "My Account" page on the Robert Gordon portal. From this page, you will be able to enter your name and email address, which will return you to a list of all of your courses and their associated student services officers. You can also contact one of these officers by emailing them at [email protected]
How to make a complaint
If you have a problem with a university policy or procedure, the best way to try to get it resolved is to make a formal complaint. Complaints can be made through the Office of Student Affairs, via email or online form.
To make a complaint online, go to: https://www.robertgordon.edu/student-life/complaints/. To make a complaint by email, send an email to [email protected] with your full name, student ID number and the policy or procedure that you believe you have been wronged by.
