If you have been a patient at Roanoke Valley Health Services in the past and have not logged in to their new Patient Portal, please follow these simple steps.
First, go to www.roanokevalleyhealthservices.org and enter your User ID and Password (which you may have used to log into their website in the past). If you do not remember your User ID or Password, click on My Account and find your account information under the Login tab.
Once you have logged in, click on the Patient Portal link at the top of the page. On the Patient Portal home page, click on the Patients tab. On the Patients tab, find your name in the list of patients and click on it. In the Patient Profile box that opens, click on Login. The login form will appear. Enter your User ID and Password (which you may have used to log into their website in the past) and click on Log In. You are now logged in to their Patient Portal!

The Roanoke Valley Health Services Patient Portal has been updated with new features and functionality. The most recent update includes:
-Ability to create an online account and login.
-Benefits summary section that provides a snapshot of benefits for patients enrolled in the health services program.
-Expanded home health information including contact information for home health agencies and descriptions of services provided.
-Updated eligibility requirements for various health services programs.
-Ability to sort benefits by category, such as medications, exams, treatments and more.
To access the Patient Portal, visit www.cvhealthservices.org/patientportal and click on the "Login" link at the top of the page.

To login to the Patient Portal, click the link in the email that you received after registering for your account. If you don't see the link in the email, check your spam folder.

To book an appointment, click on the "Book Appointment" button on the left side of the screen. You will need to enter your name, date of birth, and phone number. If you are a Roanoke Valley Health Services patient and have medication history logged in to your Patient Portal account, please follow these steps to view your medication history:
1. Log in to your Patient Portal account.
2. Click on the "Medications" tab.
3. Click on the "History" tab.
4. To view a specific month, click on the month name below the table of medications. To view all months, click on the "All Months" button at the top of the page.
