How to login to the Rmg Patient Portal
If you are a registered patient with Rmg, you can login to the Patient Portal to view your medical records, view and update your contact information, and more. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Patient Portal at www.rmg-emedicine.com.
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click on the Login link.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the Log In button.
4. You will be taken to the main Patient Portal page. Here you can see all of your current medical records, as well as any updates or changes that have been made to them since you last logged in. You can also view contact information for your doctor and other healthcare providers who are involved in your care. How to find your account information
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have not registered with Rmg Patient Portal, you can find your account information by following these steps:
1. Go to https:// patientportal.rmghealthcare.com/login and enter your email address and password. If you have not registered with Rmg Patient Portal, you will be asked to create an account.
2. Under "Your Account," click on "View My Account." You will see all of the information associated with your account, including posts you've made, comments you've made, and memberships (if any) you've signed up for.
How to manage your records
If you have any questions about your records or the care you received at RMG, please login to their Patient Portal to access your account information and review your medical history. You can also contact their patient service team by email or phone if you need help accessing your account or have any other questions.
How to send a message to Rmg
If you need to contact Rmg Customer Support, you can send them a message through their patient portal. To send a message, first login to your patient portal and then look for the "Contact Us" tab. On this tab, you will find a form where you can enter your contact information and message.
How to view your appointment history
If you have an appointment with them, we would be happy to let you know how to view your appointment history. To do this, please login to their patient portal and use the "View Appointments" link under the "My Account" header on the main page. You will then be able to see all of your appointments in reverse chronological order, as well as the date, time, and type of appointment.
How to cancel or reschedule an appointment
If you have a question about an appointment or need to cancel it, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Appointments" tab in the main menu.
2. Click on the appointment that you want to change or cancel.
3. Under "Details," click on the "Cancel" or "Reschedule" link.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
How to get help with your Rmg account
If you have forgotten your password, or need to reset it, please follow these steps:
1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click the "reset password" button.
