How to login to the River Landing Resident Portal
To login to the River Landing Resident Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Visit the resident portal homepage at http://www.riverlandingresort.com/resident-portal/.
2. Click on the “Login” link in the top right corner of the homepage.
3. Enter your username and password and click on the “Log In” button.
4. You will be taken to the main login screen where you can now access all your account information and activity logs.
Accessing your account information
If you have not already, please create an account at the River Landing Resident Portal. Once you have logged in, follow these steps to access your account information:
1. Click on the My Profile link located in the top right corner of the Homepage.
2. On the My Profile screen, click on the Username link in the top left corner. This will take you to a screen where you can enter your username and password. Please note that your username must be 8 characters or less and include at least one letter and one number. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one letter and one number.
3. After you have entered your login information, click on the Login button in the lower left corner of the screen. You will be directed to a screen where you can confirm your login by clicking on the Log In button. If everything is correct, you will be taken to a page that displays your account information.
Changing your password
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgotten your login password?" link on the homepage and enter your e-mail address in the "Recipient e-mail" field. A new password will be sent to your e-mail address.
Managing your account
If you're a resident at River Landing, logging in to your account is easy! Here are the steps:
1. Click the "Log In" button in the top right corner of any page on the website.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click log in.

Using the Resident Portal
If you are a resident of River Landing, you can use the Resident Portal to manage your account, check your account status, and access your resident information. The Resident Portal is located on the home page of the website. To login, follow these steps:
1. Enter your user name and password in the login form on the home page of the Resident Portal.
2. If you have not already done so, create an account by clicking on "Create an Account" in the upper-left corner of the homepage.
3. Log in to your account and click on "My Account." You will see all of your resident information listed in this section.
Viewing your billing history
If you are a River Landing resident and have not already done so, you can view your billing history by logging in to your Resident Portal. To do this, follow these steps:
1) Log in to your Resident Portal using your account information that you received when you activated your account.
2) On the Home page, under My Account, click Billing History.
3) On the Billing History page, you will see a list of all the services that you have been billed for during the current billing cycle (which is typically one month). The date each service was billed will be listed next to it. You can also see how much money you have been charged for each service, and how long the bill has been outstanding.

Canceling or modifying services

1. Login to the Resident Portal and go to the Your Account page.
