How to login to Risis Web Portal
If you are a Risis customer, your credentials are already stored in the Risis Web Portal. To log in, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Risis Web Portal by clicking on the Login link at the top of the page.
2. Enter your user name and password. If you have not yet registered with Risis, you will be prompted to do so. Once you have logged in, your user name and password will be saved for future use.
3. Click on the My Account link on the left-hand side of the screen to view your account details. You can also view your account information by clicking on the My Groups link on the main menu, and then clicking on My Groups again. This will display all of your groups in which you are a member.
Changing your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Risis Web Portal.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click Account Settings.
3. On the Account Settings page, click Password.
4. In the Password field, enter your current password and then click Change Password.
5. Enter a new password in the New Password field and then click Change Password again.
6. Click OK to save your changes and close the Password field.
