How to login to the Ringgold Parent Portal
If you have not already done so, please create a login for the Ringgold Parent Portal. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://parentportal.ringgoldschools.org/Login/.
2. Click on the "Create a New Login" button.
3. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click on the "Create Login" button.
4. Click on the "Log In" button to log in to the Parent Portal.
How to manage your account
If you haven't already, create an account on the Ringgold Parent Portal. Once you have an account, follow these instructions to login:
1.Click on the "Login" button on the top right hand corner of the home page.
2.Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click "Log In."
3.You will be redirected to a page where you can see all of your active accounts on the Ringgold Parent Portal. If you are not automatically logged in, click on the "Log In" button under your name in the upper right hand corner of the page.
4.Once you are logged in, check your email to find out how to reset your password if you have forgotten it.
How to add or remove students from your account
Adding or removing students from your account is easy with the Ringgold Parent Portal. Here's how:
1. Log in to your Ringgold Parent Portal account.
2. Click on the My Students button on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Select the student or students you want to add or remove from your account, and then click on the pencil icon next to their name.
4. If you want to add a new student, enter their full name and email address into the relevant fields, and then click on the Add button.
5. If you want to remove a student from your account, simply click on the Remove button next to their name.
How to change your username and password
If you’ve forgotten your username or password, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Ringgold Parent Portal homepage.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab on the top menu.
3. Click on the “Forgot Username or Password?” link in the lower left corner of the My Account page.
4. Enter your email address and create a new password.
5. Click on the “Apply Changes” button to finish setting up your account.
