Parent Portal Information
To login to the Richmond County Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the website https://parentportal.richmondcountyga.gov/.
2. Click on the "Login" link in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Enter your User ID and Password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
4. You will be taken to a page where you can review your account information and manage your settings.
How to Access Parent Portal
If you are a parent of a student in the Richmond County School System, you can easily access the Parent Portal to view important information about your student. To login to the Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your school's website.
2. Click on "Parent Portal" on the left-hand side menu.
3. Enter your user name and password and click "Login."
4. You will be directed to the home page of the Parent Portal.
5. On the home page, you will see a list of your student's current courses and grades, as well as his or her attendance record and disciplinary actions taken against him or her.
6. You can also access important information about your student's health, including immunization records and health histories.
7. You can also manage your student's meals, transportation, and homework schedules online.
Password Recovery
If you have forgotten your password for the Richmond County Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account by clicking on the "Login" button on the home screen of the Parent Portal.

My Account
To login to your Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at www.richmondcountyparentportal.com.
2. Click on the “My Account” link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your login credentials and click on the “Log In” button.
4. You will be automatically directed to the Parent Portal home page.
5. Click on the “My Child” link under My Profile in the top right corner of the screen.
6. On the My Child page, click on the “Login” button next to your child’s name to log in to their account.
7. Enter their user name and password and click on the “Log In” button to log in to their account.
Parent Portal Settings
Login to Parent Portal:
1) Click on the “Parent Portal” tab on the home page of Richmond County Schools website. You will need your school ID and password. If you have not registered for Parent Portal yet, you will need to do so first.
2) Enter your school ID and password in the appropriate fields, and click “Login”.
3) You will be redirected to a login screen where you can enter your email address and create a new password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the features of Parent Portal.

Parent Portal was first introduced in October of 2017. The idea was to make it easier for parents to access information and resources about their children's education, health, and extracurricular activities.
To access Parent Portal, you will need your School ID number (found on your Report Card or on the back of your student ID card) and your password. You can also sign in with your school email address.
Parents can use Parent Portal to find information about their child's school, including:
- School calendar and schedules
- School news and announcements
- Teacher and staff profiles
- Student records (grades, transcripts, etc.)
