1. Log in to your existing account on the Richard Huish College website. If you don't have an account, create one now.
2. Click on "Parent Portal" in the main menu of the website.
3. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click "Login."

How do I add a student to my contact list?
Adding a student to your contact list is easy. Log in to the parent portal and click on the "ADD STUDENT" link in the main menu. You will be prompted to enter the student's name and email address. Once you have added the student, you can immediately start communication with them by sending them messages through the portal.
What is a message board?
A message board is an online forum where people can post messages about anything they want. You can use a message board to ask questions, share information, and connect with other Richard Huish College parents.
To login to the message board, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Message Board" tab on the home page of the Parent Portal.
2. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click "Log In."
3. If you have never logged into the Parent Portal before, you will be asked to create a new account. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access the message board.
How do I add or update my school information?
If you are a parent at Richard Huish College, you can use their Parent Portal to add or update your school information. Log in using your school ID and password. If you do not have a school ID or password, please contact the school office.
To add or update your school information:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal using your school ID and password.
2. Click the My Schools tab on the left side of the page.
3. Click Add School.
4. Enter the required information, such as your school's name and ID number.
5. Click Save Changes.
What is the Parent Advisory Board?
The Parent Advisory Board (PAB) is a group of parents who have elected to serve on the college’s behalf. This group provides input and feedback to the college president and administration on important issues that may affect parents and their students. The PAB meets monthly, and members are able to attend either in person or by conference call.
How to Login:
To login to the college’s Parent Portal, you will need your student ID number and password. To obtain your student ID number, go to the My Richard Huish website and sign in. Once you are signed in, click on Student Accounts at the top of the page. Then, under Student Records, click on My ID Numbers. Finally, under Active IDs, you will see your student ID number. To obtain your password, please contact the office of student affairs at RHUC.

Once you have logged in, select “Parent Portal” from the main menu. Click on “Student Profile” to view your student’s record. Can I view my child’s grades online?
Yes! You can view your child’s grades online through the Richard Huish College Parent Portal. To log in, go to www.rhcu.ac.uk/parentportal and enter your student’s unique ID number (found on their registration slip) into the ‘Member Login’ box. Once logged in, you will see a list of your child’s current courses and grades.
