How to login to the Rhs Patient Portal
If you are a Rhs patient, you can login to the patient portal using your login details. If you have forgotten your login details, or if you have not been using the patient portal for a while, you can reset your password using the steps below.
Log in to the patient portal using your email address and password. On the left hand side of the screen, under 'My Account', click on 'Reset My Password'. Enter your new password and confirm it. Click on 'Reset My Password' again to confirm that the new password has been entered correctly.
How to find your account number
Your account number is the last four digits at the bottom of your ID card. To find your account number, log in to Rhs Patient Portal and go to My Account. The account number will be listed next to your name.
To login to Rhs Patient Portal, go to www.rhs.net/patientportal and sign in with your user name and password. If you don't have a user name or password, please contact them on 01273 887000 for help.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your contact information, you can update it by logging in to the RH Patient Portal and clicking on the "My Account" tab. First, login to your account by following the steps on the homepage.
Once you are logged in, click on “Account” in the top menu bar.
You will now be able to view all of your transactions and appointments. You can also see what medications you have been taking and how much they have cost.

With the Rhs Patient Portal, you can easily keep track of all your medical information in one place. Here are some tips on how to write a review of the Rhs Patient Portal:
1. Start by creating an account if you haven't already. It's free and easy to do.
2. Once you have an account, click on the "My Account" icon located on the main menu bar. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your information, including your account login credentials.

If you have a complaint about the quality of service you received from a RHSC member, you can file a complaint through their patient portal. The portal is available online and on their app. To login, go to patientportal.rhsc.ca and click on "File A Complaint." You will need your membership number, the name of the care provider you are complaining about, and your complaint. They will try to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible.

The first way is to use the Patient Portal. This portal is a secure website where patients can easily access their medical records, appointments, and more.
To use the Patient Portal, you will first need to create an account. Once you have created your account, you will need to login. To login, simply enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields on the Patient Portal home page.
