1. Ticket Cancellation Policy
Customers have the right to cancel their tickets up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event. If the customer cancels within seventy-two (72) hours of the event, they will be charged a full price ticket. If the customer cancels after 72 hours, they will receive a refund minus a service fee.
2. Blogger Policy
If you are a blogger and would like to write about an event that is being hosted by Rhino Charge, please email us at [email protected] for more information. Any content written by bloggers must be approved by us before it is published on their website or blog. We reserve the right to remove any content we deem inappropriate or not in line with their goals and mission.
3. Ticket Purchase Policy

Accessing Your Tickets
If you have Rhino Charge tickets, you can access them through the Rhino Charge ticketing portal. The portal is located at rhinoclem.com and has a number of features to make your experience easier.
In order to login to the portal, first you will need your user ID and password. To find out your user ID and password, click on the "My Account" link on the main menu of the Rhino Charge portal. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your tickets. You can view your tickets by clicking on the "Ticket List" tab on the left side of the screen. You can also print your tickets or save them to your computer.
