How to Login to Rettungsdienst Portal
To login to the Rettungsdienst Portal, you will need your username and password. To find out your username and password, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the Rettungsdienst Portal. If you have not already done so, please create an account now. You can find out more about creating an account on the Rettungsdienst Portal in their FAQ section.
2. Once you have logged in, click on the “My Account” button at the top of the page. On the My Account page, you will see a list of all of your current accounts on the Rettungsdienst Portal (including your personal and work accounts). Underneath each account is a field where you can enter your username and password.
3. Enter your username (which is typically your first name followed by last initial) and password into the appropriate fields and click on the “Login” button. You will now be logged in to your account and ready to use all of the features available on the Rettungsdienst Portal.
How to Report an Emergency
If you are in an emergency and need help, please call 911.
If you need to report an emergency, first make sure you have the following information:
-Your address
-The name of the emergency service you are using
-A phone number for that emergency service
-An estimated time of when the emergency will occur
-Description of the emergency
If you are calling from a mobile phone, please note:
-Callers should dial 9-1-1 and then the local area code
-To save time, callers can key in their address before they press send

-You may be asked to enter your address twice - Once when you first call and again when someone arrives to take your report

How to Use the Rettungsdienst App
If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can use the Rettungsdienst App to find and request help from the emergency services. The app is free and available in the App Store and Google Play Store.
To use the app, first open it and sign in. If you don't have an account, you can create one by clicking on the button in the top right corner. Once you're logged in, click on the button that says "Rettungsdienst". You will see a list of services available to you. To request help, simply tap on the service that you need and follow the instructions.
If you have a smartphone or tablet, you can also use the Rettungsdienst App to find your nearest emergency service station. Simply open the app, select your region, and then search for your nearest service station. You can also view all of their stations by clicking on "Stations".
