How to login to the Resource Residential Resident Portal
The Resource Residential Resident Portal is a online system that allows residents to access their account information, change their password, and manage their account settings. To login to the Resource Residential Resident Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://www.resourceresidence.com/residential/login.aspx
2. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and click submit.
3. You will be redirected to a login page where you can enter your password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the link below to reset it. After you have reset your password, please return to the login page and enter it in the field provided.
4. Click the LOGIN button to log in to your account.
How to search for a resident
There are a few ways to search for residents.
One way is to use the keyword search on the front page of the portal. This will return results based on the terms you type in.
Another way is to use the filters on the left side of the page. You can filter by address, age, gender, and more.
If you know an individual's name or an apartment number, you can also use the search bar at the top of the page to find that resident.
How to add or change contact information for a resident
If you need to add or change the contact information for a resident, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Resident Portal account.
2. Click on the "Residents" tab.
3. Click on the "Contact Info" button next to the resident's name.
4. Type in your new contact information and click on the "Save Changes" button.
How to report an incident
If you have an issue with your residence or feel like someone is not following the policies and procedures of the community, you can report it to the Residential Coordinator. The Residential Coordinator will work with the individual or individuals responsible for the issue and take appropriate action.
To report an incident, please email [email protected] with your name, contact information, and a description of what happened.
How to unsubscribe from email notifications
To unsubscribe from email notifications, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Resource Residential Resident Portal.
2. Click on "My Profile."
3. On the "Notifications" tab, click on the "Unsubscribe" button.
