How to create a Reno Portal account
If you are not familiar with Reno Portal, it is a cloud-based collaboration platform that allows users to securely access files and share queries and documents with co-workers. Here are the steps to create an account:
1. Log into your web browser and visit the Reno Portal website.
2. Click on the "Create Account" button on the top right of the screen.
3. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click on the "Create Account" button.
4. You will be directed to a confirmation page where you will need to verify your account details. Click on the "Confirm Your Account" button to continue.
5. You will now be taken to the login page where you will need to enter your user name and password. Click on the "Log In" button to begin using Reno Portal.
How to login to your Reno Portal account
If you are having trouble logging in to your Reno Portal account, please follow these steps:
1. Verify that you are using the latest browser and version of Adobe Flash. If you are not using the latest version of Flash, we recommend updating your software.
2. If you are still having trouble logging in, please try resetting your password. To do this, click on the login tab at the top of the portal, and click on "Forgot Your Password?" beneath the "My Account" heading. Enter your email address and click on "Reset Password." You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

How to access your documents and files in your Reno Portal account
If you forget your password, or if you need to reset it, please follow these instructions.
If you have trouble logging in to your account, or if you just want to check the status of your documents and files, please follow these steps:
1. Click the "My Portal" tab at the top of the page.
2. If you are not logged in, click the "Sign In" button in the top left corner.
3. Enter your login credentials, and click the "Login" button.
4. If you have more than one account associated with your portal account, select the account you want to use from the drop-down menu next to "Account Type."
5. Navigate to the document or file that you want to view or access. The file's name will appear in the "File Name" field below.
6. Click the file's name to open it in your browser window.
7. If you are viewing a document that is protected with a password, enter your portal password in the "Password" field and click OK. The password will be encrypted and appears as a gibberish character string next
How to change your password in your Reno Portal account
If you have forgotten your password, or if it has expired, you can change it in your account settings. To login to your account, click on the “sign in” button in the top right corner of the main page. On the next page, under “Your Account,” click on “Change Password.” You will be prompted to enter your current password and a new password. Make sure you remember both passwords! How to unsubscribe from their email notifications
If you no longer want to receive email notifications from Reno Portal, please follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the "Settings" link located in the top right corner of any page on their website.
2. Under "Notifications", deselect the box that says "Receive email notifications about new blog posts".
