2. Click on “My Profile” at the top of the page.
3. On the “Profile” tab, click on “Update Profile” to enter your new contact information and update other information as necessary.
How to add properties to your portfolio
Adding properties to your Reis Property Management Portal portfolio is easy. Once you have created a new portfolio, click on the "Add Property" link in the top left corner of the screen.
Enter the basic information for your property (name, address, zip code, etc.), and then click on the "Submit" button. Your new property will appear in your portfolio along with all of the other properties that you have already added.
If you want to add a photo or a video to your property description, simply click on the "Add Media" button and select the file that you want to use.
How to search for properties
To search for properties on the Reis Property Management Portal, users need to login and access the "Search Properties" page. From here, they can enter any property name or MLS number to find properties for sale or lease.
How to make a property offer
To make a property offer on the Reis Property Management Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the portal.
2. Click on Properties.
3. Select an offer you would like to make from the list of offers.
4. Under Property Details, enter all the information you would like to include in your offer, such as amenities, price point and photos.
5. When you're finished, click Submit Offer.
6. You will be taken to a confirmation page where you will need to confirm your offer and submit payment information if you choose to make a payment online through their portal.

How to accept or decline a property offer
If you're considering accepting an offer to manage a property, the first step is to login to the Reis Property Management Portal. This is an online platform that allows you to manage your offers and properties.
To login, visit their website and sign in using your credentials. Once you're logged in, select "My Offers" from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. You'll see all the offers that we have on file for you.
To accept or decline an offer, click on the blue "Accept" or "Decline" button next to the offer that you want to take action on. You'll be prompted to confirm your decision by filling out a brief form. Once you've completed this process, your decision will be sent directly to the property owner.
How to manage your portfolio
If you are a Reis Property Management Portal user, you can access and manage your portfolio by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Reis Property Management Portal.
2. Click on the "Portfolios" link on the main menu.
3. Select the portfolio you want to manage from the list of portfolios displayed on the page.
4. On the "Manage Portfolio" page, you will see all of your properties listed in descending order of their current rental income.
5. To add or delete a property from your portfolio, click on the "Add/Delete Property" link next to its listing.
6. To view more detailed information about a property, including its monthly rental income, calendar month occupancy status, and recent property updates, click on the "View Details" link next to its listing.
7. To email a property's listing or contact information to interested parties, click on the "Email Listing" or "Contact Info" links next to its listing, respectively.
