To login to the Client Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the client portal website at http://www.prodotti.com/clientportal/.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields on the home page of the Client Portal.
3. Click on the "Log In" button next to your email address.
4. You will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your shipping information. After you have entered all the necessary information, click on the "Submit" button to finish logging in.
5. You will now be taken to your account overview page. Here you will find information about your account, such as your customer number, product information, and order details. You can also view your order history and change your password if necessary.
6. To view or place an order, simply click on the "My Account" link located at the top of any page in the Client Portal. You can also use the "My Orders"
How to Login to the Client Portal
If you are new to the Client Portal, please read the following instructions to register and login. After registering, please use the login link at the top right of the page to access your account.
To register for a new account, please click on the "Register Now" button below. You will be asked to enter your name and email address. Once you have completed this step, you will be able to create a password and login using that information.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you have a product that you would like to return or exchange, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the Client Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" on the left-hand side menu.
3. Click on "Returns and Exchanges" on the right-hand side menu.
4. Click on "Request a Return or Exchange" under the "My Orders" tab.
5. Fill out the form and provide your order number, reason for returning or exchanging the product, and your shipping information (include your full shipping address if you are returning product).
6. Click on the "Submit Request" button at the bottom of the form to submit your request.
How to Cancel or Change Your Password
