Reed Elsevier offers employees retirement savings plans through two schemes - a scheme for employees in the UK and Ireland and a scheme for employees in other countries. If you're an employee and want to find out how to login to your pension scheme, read on!
Reed Elsevier Pension Scheme Login
If you are a member of the Reed Elsevier Pension Scheme, you can login to your account to view your pension information. To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your personal account on the Reed Elsevier website.
2. Click on the ‘Pension Scheme’ link in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Enter your user name and password and click on ‘Login’.
4. You will be presented with a summary of your pension fund as at 31 December 2017. This will include information such as your current pension pot balance and how much you have paid into your pension so far.
How to set up your personal pension scheme
If you are registered with Reed Elsevier as a pension scheme participant, you can access your personal pension scheme account through the 'My Account' page.
First, login with your user name and password. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please contact them at [email protected]
Once logged in, you will be able to see all of your fund holdings and recent transactions. You can also edit your personal pension scheme account details or make a new investment.

How to make a pension contributions
If you're aged 55 or over and have been a member of Reed Elsevier's pension scheme for at least five years, you can make pension contributions online.
To make your pension contributions online:
1. Log into your account at www. ReedElsevierPension.com.
2. Click on the 'My Account' tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. On the My Account page, click on 'Pension'.
4. Under 'Contributions & Benefits', select 'Make a contribution now'.
5. Enter your pension number and your date of birth in the relevant fields, and click submit.
6. Your contributions will be processed and added to your account within two weeks.

How long will it take to get my pension payment?
The Reed Elsevier Pension Scheme will pay out pension benefits to eligible employees based on their service with the company. The payment schedule for pension benefits is as follows:
- The first payment of your pension benefit will be made within 30 days after your date of retirement.
- Every month after the first payment, you will receive a pension benefit payment equal to 3% of your final salary.
- If you have not reached the age of 60 when you retire, you will receive a pension benefit payment equal to 2% of your final salary.
